Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of delicatessen products, including alcohol, by Riverwood Deli - Taste of Poalnd ("we," "us," "our") to the customer ("you," "your"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Legal Compliance
We operate under a Packaged Liquor Licence issued in New South Wales (NSW). It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age. By purchasing alcohol from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Product Availability and Substitution
Product offerings are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest a substitute. We will only proceed with your approval of the substitute product.
4. Packaging Variations
Some products may have different packaging than advertised. These variations do not affect the quality or quantity of the product.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders placed over the phone incur a $20 service fee. This fee covers administrative costs associated with manual order processing.
6. Pricing and Fees
- Product Prices: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.
- Packaging Fee: A $10 packaging fee applies to each order, in addition to shipping costs.
- Payment Processing Fee: Payments made via EFTPOS or credit card attract a 1.87% administrative fee.
7. Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and will be added to your order total.
- Final Charges: Shipping costs may change after products are packaged. We will inform you of any adjustments before dispatch.
- Delivery Conditions: Deliveries must be received by an individual aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
8. Loyalty Program
- Benefits: Our loyalty program offers discounts ranging from 2.5% to 5%. Maximum benefits are available when paying by cash.
- Payment Methods: Payments via EFTPOS or credit card will incur a 1.87% administrative fee, which may reduce the net benefit of loyalty discounts.
- Terms: Specific terms and conditions apply to the loyalty program and will be provided upon membership registration.
9. Responsible Service of Alcohol
We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service or supply if we believe that doing so would contravene the law or our duty of care.
10. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued purchase from us constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
